AI connector usage terms

This integration is an extension of your existing RetailHardHat account and service agreement, not a replacement for it. You must be authorized to connect your organization's records and agree to the connected provider's terms.

• Only connect clients you trust and grant the minimum permissions needed.
• Do not use the connector to bypass permissions, access another organization or obtain credentials.
• Sensitive writes require human approval by default; administrators can configure extra MCP review rules without bypassing business approvals. When review is required, check exact arguments. Inspect uncertain outcomes before requesting another action.
• AI-generated conclusions are not guaranteed to be accurate. Validate financial and operational decisions in the application.
• Revocation ends future connector access but does not recall data already shared with another provider.

Supported provider features and availability can change. Custom connection support does not promise public-directory acceptance. Contact support for service-agreement questions.
